How information is handled
Reports require issue, location and observation-time information. Names, email addresses and telephone numbers are optional. When supplied, contact information is separated from operational report data and restricted by organisational area and permissions.
External AI processing
A resized copy of each submitted image, with embedded metadata removed, is sent securely to the configured AI provider to produce indicators for authorised human review. Reporter contact details and location fields are not included in that request.
